Linzi's Fish & Chips / Pizza Bite, a takeaway at 117 Split Crow Road, Gateshead was given the score after assessment on August 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Gateshead's 199 takeaways with ratings, 114 (57%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
