Good news as food hygiene ratings handed to two Gateshead establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Gateshead’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Ryton Masonic Hall, a pub, bar or nightclub at Oakfield House, Blackhouse Lane, Ryton, Tyne And Wear was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 26.

And War Room, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Rex Building, Durham Road, Birtley, Birtley was also given a score of five on September 28.
