New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to six of Newcastle’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to six of Newcastle’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

• Rated 5: Burger King at 30 - 32 Northumberland Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne; rated on May 4

• Rated 5: George's Fish Shack at Unit 9 Lower Level Greys Quarter, Eldon Square, Newcastle Upon Tyne; rated on May 4

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And one rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:

• Rated 5: The Hooch at 81 Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne; rated on May 4
