New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Newcastle’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Newcastle’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Small Canteen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 17 Starbeck Avenue, Newcastle Upon Tyne was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 27.

And New Best Kebab, a takeaway at 106 Westgate Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given a score of one on September 27.
