Newcastle restaurant awarded new five-star food hygiene rating

A Newcastle restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Newcastle restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Fenwick Newcastle Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 39 Northumberland Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the maximum score after assessment on May 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newcastle's 658 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 475 (72%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
