Cream Curls Heaton, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 234 Chillingham Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newcastle's 672 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 494 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
