Salt And Pepper Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 227 Westgate Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the score after assessment on January 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newcastle's 670 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 476 (71%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
