Emily and Aimee's House of Treats, a takeaway at 270 Whickham View, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the score after assessment on September 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newcastle's 310 takeaways with ratings, 200 (65%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
