Porky's, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 3 - 9 Union Quay, North Shields, Tyne And Wear was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 14.
And Blue Sea Takeaway Inc, a takeaway at 162 High Street East, Wallsend, Tyne And Wear was given a score of three on July 17.
