Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to four North Tyneside establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Littley Bay at First Floor, Berkeley Building, Marine Avenue, Whitley Bay; rated on August 14

• Rated 5: Sandringham Court at Blackfriars Way, Longbenton, Newcastle Upon Tyne; rated on August 11

Takeaways

And two ratings have been handed to takeaways:
