New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of North Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Whitley Bay Hub at 158 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear; rated on October 19

• Rated 5: Shiremoor House Farm at Middle Engine Lane, North Shields, Tyne And Wear; rated on October 10
