The Quarry, a pub, bar or nightclub at Marden Road South, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear was given the maximum score after assessment on September 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 143 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 128 (90%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
