North Tyneside restaurant awarded new five-star food hygiene rating

A North Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A North Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Greggs Drive Thru, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Sandy Lane, North Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the maximum score after assessment on November 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Tyneside's 271 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 222 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
