Cullercoats Coffee Co Bistro, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 - 5 Countess Avenue, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear was given the score after assessment on September 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 269 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 221 (82%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
