A North Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A North Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Wynn's Catering, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Cafe Within, Whitley Bay Ice Rink, Hillheads Road, Whitley Bay was given the score after assessment on December 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Tyneside's 274 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 223 (81%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
