Buddha Lounge, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 76 Front Street, Tynemouth, Tyne And Wear was given the maximum score after assessment on May 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 281 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 225 (80%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
