A North Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A North Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Sambuca Forest Hall, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 74 - 82 Great Lime Road, West Moor, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the score after assessment on October 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Tyneside's 278 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 220 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
