North Tyneside takeaway given new food hygiene rating

A North Tyneside takeaway has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Annitsford Tandoori, a takeaway at 11a Front Street, Annitsford, Cramlington, Northumberland was given the score after assessment on July 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Tyneside's 179 takeaways with ratings, 103 (58%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
