Pizza Pizza And Dessert Haven, a takeaway at 126 High Street East, Wallsend, Tyne And Wear was given the score after assessment on August 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 179 takeaways with ratings, 102 (57%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
