Prince Of Spice, a takeaway at Unit 4, Addington Drive, Wallsend, Tyne And Wear was given the minimum score after assessment on September 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 183 takeaways with ratings, 102 (56%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
