A North Tyneside takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A North Tyneside takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Shiremoor Pizza, a takeaway at 1 Morley Place, Shiremoor, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the score after assessment on February 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Tyneside's 185 takeaways with ratings, 110 (59%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
