Kings Garden, a takeaway at 89 Great Lime Road, West Moor, Newcastle Upon Tyne was given the score after assessment on July 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Tyneside's 179 takeaways with ratings, 102 (57%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
