The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

A19, from 8pm July 10 to 2am July 22, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A19 northbound and southbound, Fisher Lane roundabout to Howdon, Lane closures for asset condition inspections.

A19, from 8pm July 2 to 6am November 4, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A19 northbound and southbound, Moorfarm to Killingworth, carriageway closures and 24hr lane closures for resurfacing works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
