New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 4: Riverview at 3 Mill Dam, South Shields, Tyne & Wear; rated on November 30
