Food hygiene ratings given to two South Tyneside establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Cafe Obscura, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 St Johns Precinct, Hebburn, Tyne & Wear was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 30.

And Rising Sun Inn, a takeaway at 40 North Road, Boldon Colliery, Tyne & Wear was given a score of zero on March 30.
