New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Cock Crow Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at Mill Lane, Hebburn, Tyne & Wear was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 6.

And Asda Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 15 Coronation Street, South Shields, Tyne & Wear was given a score of four on September 15.
