New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of South Tyneside’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Buzz Bingo, a pub, bar or nightclub at 12 Denmark Centre, Fowler Street, South Shields, Tyne & Wear was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 13.

And The Victorian Pantry, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Museum & Art Gallery, 4-6 Ocean Road, South Shields, Tyne & Wear was also given a score of five on October 12.
