A South Tyneside drinking establishment has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Incontri at The Crown and Anchor, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Crown And Anchor, Chapel Road, Jarrow, Tyne & Wear was given the score after assessment on May 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of South Tyneside's 130 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 78 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
