South Tyneside restaurant given new food hygiene rating

A South Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A South Tyneside restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Zeera Indian Cuisine, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 206-210 Ocean Road, South Shields, Tyne & Wear was given the score after assessment on March 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of South Tyneside's 191 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 123 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
