The Sultan of Jarrow, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 28a Western Road, Jarrow, Tyne & Wear was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Tyneside's 192 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 123 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
