Delhi 6, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 150 Ocean Road, South Shields, Tyne & Wear was given the score after assessment on May 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of South Tyneside's 194 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 124 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
