The streets of Newcastle are still recognisable in this collection of photos from 1975, however there are some significant changes.
For starters, Newcastle United's home St James' Park looks entirely different despite still being visible on top of the hill.

Jesmond Dene and Exhibition Park haven't changed much and still provide much needed solace in the middle of the city landscape.
