Geordie reality television star Adam Collard has got himself inked with a romantic phrase, days after confirming his relationship with sports presenter Laura Woods.

27-year-old Adam, who found fame after appearing on Love Island, took to social media to confirm the relationship, with the pair posting loved up snaps to their Instagram Stories, where they can be seen kissing each other on the cheek.

However, the couple have since faced backlash from fans who have warned Laura of his ‘womaniser’ reputation.

According to the Daily Star, the personal trainer from Newcastle has shown his commitment to the new relationship by getting inked with the phrase ‘adore u’, which many have thought to be about Laura.

However, it is not the first time that Adam has gotten a tattoo dedicated to a girlfriend, as back in 2018, he had Zara McDermott’s initials tattooed onto his hand, despite only being together for three weeks at the time.

The pair met in the Love Island villa in series four, but have since split. Zara is now dating Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson, and is competing in the current series of Strictly Come Dancing.  Adam has since had his tattoo dedicated to Zara removed.

Adam attended celebrity tattoo artist Claudio Traina’s Sixty Ink studio in London for his brand-new piece, as part of an event in collaboration with Tinder.

A source told The Sun: "Adam and Laura agreed to keep things private between themselves when they started dating.

"They didn’t want the attention to ruin something that appeared to feel so natural and ‘right’.

"Adam couldn’t wait to show off Laura to his friends. He’d only told those closest to him that there was something going on. Then as things started to progress, they didn’t feel the need to hide what’s going on.”

They continued: "They’re absolutely smitten with one another. Adam couldn’t help but post a picture of Laura on his social media.

"Now he’s being bombarded with messages about how well he’s done to pull her. She’s his dream girl - and I’m sure many others would say the same."
