There is still plenty of time to catch a movie at the iconic Newcastle summer staple.

NE1’s Screen on the Green returned to Newcastle’s Old Eldon Square in July, showing two to three free movies per day, which could be viewed on a large screen from the comfort of an iconic NE1 deckchair.

The summer may be drawing to a close, but there are still plenty of films to enjoy in August and September, from family-friendly favourites, to blockbuster classics.
