Brand-new Mexican themed bar El Guapo has unveiled it’s impressive Margarita menu, following a successful launch on world Margarita Day. 

El Guapo has opened its doors on Pilgrim Street, offering the world’s largest Margarita menu, serving up everything from the classic cocktails to movie-inspired marg’s.

There are 30 different Margarita’s available, which have been creatively crafted to cater to all taste buds.

Alongside their delicious margaritas, El Guapo are also serving up mouth watering tacos.

Here is the full list of Taco’s available at El Guapo:

  • Vegan Taco: Refried beans, diced avocado, pickled cabbage, coriander salad and lime yoghurt

  • Vegan Taco - Cold: Southwest spiced quinoa, tomato & red pepper salsa and raw onion.

  • Beef Taco: Beef Barbacoa chipotle, pickled red cabbage, lemon yoghurt and hard cheese.

  • Chicken Taco: Lime braised chicken white bean puree, coriander slaw and mango salsa.

  • Lamb Taco: Braised lamb shoulder spiced balsamic reduction, pomegranate, pickled shallots and mint salad.

  • Prawn Taco: Chilli poached king prawns, sweet & sour marinade burn corn salsa, jalapeños and caper dressing

Each taco is served with guacamole, sour cream, baby leaf salad and tortilla chips.
