'King' - Newcastle United exit-linked star sent intriguing message as return nears
The England man has teased his arrival back on Tyneside by sharing some snaps of his well-deserved break this summer, after what has been busy couple of years for Gordon.
And a number of key stars, including a Real Madrid Champions League-winning hero, have sent their support to the Liverpool-linked forward.

Hide AdGordon has barely had enough time to take a breath in the last two years, having played a starring role in England’s Under-21 Euros win last summer, then a spot in the supporting cast of his country’s run to the senior Euros this summer.
Sandwiched in-between that was a non-stop campaign for the Magpies, in which Gordon stepped out as one of not only Eddie Howe’s best performers, but also one of his fittest, most-reliable options.
So it was no surprise to see the player given a little longer than others to unwind and recuperate this summer by Howe, along with veteran defender Kieran Trippier, who played in every one of England’s Euro 2024 games, bar the final loss to Spain last month.
After posting the pics, which give a window into Gordon’s summer exploits, a number of high-profile accounts jumped on to give the player some encouragement.

Former Newcastle men Elliot Anderson and Wayne Routledge also dropped some praise in the comments, along with sponsor Adidas, who said: “The preds”, with accompanying heart eyes emoji.
Gordon is expected to return to training with the United squad this week - and play some part in one of the two friendlies next weekend which form part of the club’s Sela Weekender.
