Newcastle United WAG shares pics from the pitch in celebration of Champions League qualification

Newcastle United WAG, Thays Gondim who is engaged to player Joelinton, has shared an adorable carousel of photos and video clips to her Instagram feed, following the news that the team have qualified for the Champions League. 

The Brazilian beauty, who is 24-years-old, took to the social media platform, where she has an incredible following of over 18 thousand, to congratulate her fiance and express her pride towards him.

The images and video clips on the post were all taken after the match against Leicester City, which took place yesterday (Monday, May 22), which ended in a draw. This score meant that Newcastle United had qualified for the Champions League, for the first time in 20 years.

The first photo showed heavily pregnant Thays, who wore a cropped Newcastle United shirt to show off her bump, alongside her footballer fiance Joelinton and their two children, smiling together on the pitch.

The following photos and video clips included Thays with fellow Newcastle United WAG Ana Lidia Martins, the fiance of Bruno Guimaraes, affectionately kissing Thays’ baby bump, and a few images of Joelinton doing the same.

Thays’ captioned the post in her native Portuguese language, but the Instagram translation read: “So proud of this PLAYER!!! 🤴🏽 So proud of you and everything we’ve built. ❤️❤️❤️

I was sure that you were going to harvest everything you had been sowing with a lot of hard work and discipline. you have arrived ! You did it ! Your wife and kids are living a big dream thanks to God and you!!! ❤️❤️❤️ ❤️ ❤️ LET’S GO CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 🖤🤍🙏🏽”

Joelinton replied to his future wife, writing: “I love you my life ❤️ Thank you for always being by my side giving me strength, love, joy, courage... Without you I wouldn’t be here 👨 👩 👧 👦 👶🏻 ❤️ 💙 💖 💙 I love you loves of my life !!!”

The loved up couple revealed that their third child will be a boy, with a gender reveal taking place at St James’ Park on February 5.
