Chloe Ferry has admitted that she’s suffering from holiday blues and needs to quit drinking after overindulging abroad. The Geordie Shore star, 27, from Newcastle, brushed her long hair extensions as she spoke candidly to her almost 4 million Instagram followers.

She said: “I don’t know if anyone will agree but when you get back from a holiday you just feel so down. Obviously I went on holiday with my friends to Marbella and then I have just come back from a holiday for my mum’s birthday which was the best holiday I have ever been on.”

The trip came after Chloe jetted off to Marbella with co-stars Abbie Holborn and Sophie Kasaei to watch Abbie DJ at Max Beach earlier this month. She has also  just returned from a sunny holiday in Magaluf with her mum to celebrate Liz’s 60th birthday with cocktails. Chloe documented her journey to the airport on Instagram and showed off her unique gift for her mum from celebrity favourite ‘Glitter Crowns’. Liz was delighted with the glittery sailor’s cap and was snapped wearing it throughout the holiday.

Chloe continued: : “I haven’t had any routine and, you know me, I survive by my routine. I wake up really early, walk the dogs and then train. I get my work done and go to the salon and that just hasn’t been existing for the last couple of weeks.

“I just feel so out of my routine and a bit low. I have pushed myself today. I was supposed to be going back to Magaluf this weekend but it has been delayed for three weeks. I have 17 days to get back into my routine with no drink. Who actually thinks I can for 17 days with no drink?”

True to her word, Chloe then posted a clip of herself in the gym wearing a grey sports crop top, baseball cap and leggings and tagged the snap: “1 hour incline treadmill.” She followed this up with another clip of her embarking on a one and a half hour trek and asked her followers for advice on what vitamins and supplements she should take to make her feel “normal and energised.”

Chloe added an Instagram poll to her feed writing: “Who thinks I can stay off the drink for 17 days?” The defiant star added: “For everyone who said I couldn’t stay off the drink for 17 days, watch me prove you wrong. I’m going to update you every day and night. Watch me go darling.”
