The 10 must-munch Newcastle Restaurant Week deals for the weekend - our picks ranked by Google Reviews
Whether you’re after a date night, catch up with friends or some hands-on fun, NewcastleWorld has you covered with our picks of restaurants taking part in Newcastle Restaurant Week.
It's been a busy Newcastle Restaurant Week 2023 so far on Tyneside, but with the deals still on over the weekend, there is still plenty of time to score a budget meal out at a brilliant restaurant in the city.
Some Geordies will have been eyeing up the £10, £15 and £20 deals all week in anticipation of the weekend - whether it be a romantic date, girls' night out or catch-up with the lads.
A total of 116 venues are taking part in the bumper Restaurant Week this month and there's a lot of choice being served up to hungry residents.
In 2022, NE1 Newcastle Restaurant Week delivered a £1.5 million boost for participating businesses, with August’s event breaking records for economic impact, with over £850,000 generated and more than 50,000 diners across the week. So, as much as you're getting yourself a dinner out on a budget, participants are also giving a traditionally quiet January a boost for restaurants.
Ahead of this weekend, NewcastleWorld has picked out the 10 restaurants we'd be prioritising a trip to. Some are brilliant for a luxury sit-down meal, others are serving great dirty burgers and there's even one which comes with a retro gaming experience.
It's too hard to split our 10 favourites, so we've given that job over to Google Reviews. Below our picks are ranked by customer ratings given on the search console.
