Alexander Isak given a hilarious new nickname by teammate after outrageous assist

Alexander Isak’s assist yesterday will be talked about for decades to come.

After starting the game on the bench to make way for Callum Wilson, Isak came on in the second half and delivered one of the best runs ever completed in a Newcastle United shirt to assist Jacob Murphy.

The manoeuvre in question has resulted in Murphy thanking Isak in his trademark way- by giving him a very silly nickname.

First he bestowed Starboy Malfoy on Gordon, then labelled this Newcastle era as the ‘juciy mags’ and now he’s dubbed the Swede ‘Spaghetti Boy’ on his Instagram story.

Perhaps owing to Isak’s long limbs, Murphy has lovingly given him a very fitting and funny nickname.
