Martin Dubravka has missed the last two games as he follows concussion protocols and tellingly, John Ruddy, who joined on a free transfer from Birmingham City, has been selected ahead of Vlachodimos as back-up to Nick Pope.

Hide AdIt remains to be seen whether the 30-year-old departs before Friday’s 11pm transfer deadline and if that means United would revisit a deal for Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford.
Fresh reports this week claim Newcastle are considering a fresh approach for the former Manchester City youngster, though it is dependent on Vlachodimos or Dubravka leaving, or both.
The Magpies first attempted to sign the 21-year-old in mid-June when the Clarets rejected a £16million bid, instead demanding north of £20m. Trafford had reportedly agreed personal terms before Vlachodimos and Ruddy arrived.
As it stands, Howe’s squad has five senior goalkeepers.
