Newcastle United and Roma are reportedly set to make £30million offers for a key member of Sevilla’s Europa League winning squad.

The Magpies have already added Odense winger Yankuba Minteh and AC Milan midfielder Sandro Tonali to their ranks this summer and are believed to be keen to add at least two more new faces to Eddie Howe’s squad ahead of the new Premier League season.

Interest in Southampton full-back Tino Livramento remains alive despite the two clubs remaining some distance apart in their valuation of the Chelsea academy product. A midfielder, left-back and a winger are also said to be on the agenda as United look to continue the progression they have made throughout a memorable season.

A striker is not believed to be top of their list of priorities but that has not stopped Sevilla from ‘expecting’ a £30million offer from the Magpies for Morocco international Youssef En-Nesyri. The 26-year-old frontman scored 18 goals and provided two assists in 48 appearances in all competitions last season and his tally included a brace as the La Liga club ended Manchester United’s interest in the Europa League with a 5-2 aggregate win in a quarter-final tie.

Spanish outlet Marca have claimed Sevilla need to ‘generate capital gain’s by selling one of two key players after they completed the signings of Rennes centre-back Loic Bade and Espanyol full-back Adria Pedrosa. The report suggests En-Nesyri and international team-mate Bono are both options to depart before the summer transfer window comes to a close in September.

Intriguingly, the report states neither Newcastle or Roma have made an offer for En-Nesyri but do have the intention of making a bid ‘on their agenda’. The striker is also said to have ‘communicated’ his desire to remain with at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium unless Sevilla receive an offer from a club that would allow him to make ‘a real sporting leap’.
