Newcastle United star Matt Targett became the talk of the fantasy football community last week as he made a huge 114 transfers ahead of Gameweek 5.
Fantasy Premier League users love to spend time agonising over the right transfers to make and the Magpies full-back proved he was just the same as he constantly chopped and changed his side over the international break.

Hide AdTargett, who has made two appearances so far this season, is one of the famous footballers known to dabble in the fantasy game and listed as having a team on FPL Page. Newcastle United teammates Kieran Trippier, Fabian Schar, Sean Longstaff and Harvey Barnes are all known to have accounts too and compete against one another in a private league.
The former Aston Villa man was one of many fantasy football players who elected to use the wildcard chip over the two weeks without Premier League football. The special token gives users the chance to make unlimited transfers in one week and completely change their squad without a points penalty.
Targett made the most of that luxury, confirming transfers on 38 occasions between Gameweek 4 and Gameweek 5, some as early as 8:27 am and some as later as 11:22 pm. The defender eventually settled for the following team, which brought him a respectable 56 points over the last Gameweek.
Goalkeepers - Bernd Leno, Alphonse Areola
Defenders - Sven Botman, Matty Cash, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Rico Henry, Reece Burke

Reacting to Targett's time poured into the fantasy game over the break, fellow Fantasy Premier League users branded the star 'one of us' and joked that there 'must be a belter of a forfeit in his league'.
Another joked: "This definitely isn’t the level of decisiveness that you need from a Premiership left-back."
One Twitter user added: "Nee wonder he can’t decide what to do when he gets the ball."
