Newcastle United supporters are dreaming of what could be once again after Eddie Howe’s side produced a stunning performance to claim a top four finish in the Premier League table and earn a place in next season’s Champions League.

Not since the days when Sir Bobby Robson was in the home dugout and the likes of Alan Shearer and Craig Bellamy were wearing the black and white stripes have a United side competed in UEFA’s elite club competition.
