Newcastle United’s £390m-valued starting eleven for the 2023/24 season - if transfer rumours are true
The summer transfer window is now just over two months away from opening and the speculation is already ramping up.
Transfer talk is never far from the agenda at Newcastle United as they look to move into the next phase of their development under their PIF-led ownership.
Since taking control of the club in October 2021, the Magpies owners have overseen a remarkable change in fortunes with United swapping a battle to avoid relegation into the Championship for a real push to secure Champions League football for the first time in two decades.
The likes of Kieran Trippier, Sven Botman, Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak have all move to St James Park to significantly boost Eddie Howe’s ranks and move the club closer towards become genuine challengers for the European places and for major trophies.
But what comes next as the summer transfer window approaches? The speculation has already got underway with United believed to want to add a right-sided centre-back, a left-back, two midfielders and more creativity to their ranks before the new season gets underway.
