Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly agreed personal terms with Radu Dragusin as they look to thrash out a deal with Serie A outfit Genoa.

Dragusin, a product of the Juventus youth system, has been at Genoa for 18 months. Last season, the 21-year-old was a key part of the side that won promotion to Serie A before maintaining his good form in Italy's top-flight.

But according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Dragusin is in line to move to Spurs this month. Personal terms are said to have been agreed with talks over a reported £25million deal ongoing.

Romano posted on X: "Understand negotiations are underway between Tottenham and Genoa for Radu Dragusin after the agreement on personal terms with Romanian CB. Spurs confident to advance as contacts continue on daily basis."

The Romanian international has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent months after his agent claimed to have held talks with Newcastle United, Arsenal and Spurs.

"I have been in London for some time and have almost weekly meetings with important teams," Florin Manea told Romanian outlet Fanatik.

"We are getting closer. I spoke with Newcastle, with Arsenal, with Tottenham. I also have messages with them, conversations. There are teams that ask [about Dragusin].

"I want to say that 100% by next summer, Radu will play in a not strong, very strong club! In the top 10 in the world. He wants to be in the Premier League, but know that Milan like him a lot. They must first come to terms with Genoa, that their claims are very high.

"We have a contract extension offer on the table. We understood each other, but we said that if a club comes, which, if we like it, we want to leave and leave us for around 30 million euros."
