There may still be 19 days until Newcastle United make their long overdue return to Wembley Stadium for the Carabao Cup final against Manchester United, but nothing will stop Magpies fans from daydreaming ahead to February 26.

The club's last trip to the famous London stadium was in 2000 but this month's return to Wembley will be the first time at the new venue and a chance for Newcastle to win their first major trophy since 1955.

Tickets have started to go on sale to fans with various waves coming this week for supporters meeting different requirements. Many have already booked train tickets and hotels, with or without tickets to the match, simple to be in London with the thousands of other Geordies that day.

There's a lot to look forward to from London meet-ups to a nervy pre-match drink and scouting out the best of Wembley's grub, but the real magic will come once inside the prestigious venue.

Under new ownership and management, St. James' Park has grown into a feisty fortress over the past 12 months with fans willing their team to succees. At the heart of that is Wor Flags.

The supporters' group pull together the impressive and, at times, tear-jerking flag displays that cover the St. James' Park stands before matches and are a key part of the Magpie community.

A well-known Newcastle United fan, who runs the Toon Polls Twitter account, shared an image of one of the Wor Flags displays and wrote: "Hi @wembleystadium - are you allowed to bring absolutely massive flags to the Carabao Cup Final? Asking for a friend."
