There is plenty of excitement as Newcastle United turn their focus towards what could be another transformative transfer window this summer.
January has already been identified as one of the key reasons the Magpies have eased their relegation concerns and could even end the season in the top half of the Premier League table.
Of course, the signings of Dan Burn, Kieran Trippier, Bruno Guimaraes, Matt Targett and Chris Wood have all played a part in the undoubted improvement over the second half of the season.
But Howe and his coaching staff have also improved several members of their existing squad to mould the United side into a more solid unit.
Nevertheless, the United boss is facing a number of key decisions this summer as he looks to help the Magpies take the next step in their development under new ownership.
Speculation is already hotting up with some weird and wonderful names being linked with a move to St James Park this summer.
