Watch Newcastle at Wembley in a strip club - venue launches one of a kind screening party

A Gentleman's Club in Newcastle is throwing a one of a kind event for fans to watch the Carabao Cup in the city next weekend.

Over 32,000 Newcastle United fans will be watching the historic fixture against Manchester United at Wembley Stadium with tens of thousands more expected to travel to London to soak up the atmosphere.

Many more than the number of Magpies supporters travelling down to the capital will be following the action, which could see Newcastle win their first major trophy since 1955. There are a number of screening events and bars across Tyneside preparing to show the match with some events selling out in rapid time.

Looking through the list of venues inviting Newcastle United fans down to watch the game, there is one that sticks out as unique. That is For Your Eyes Only on Grainger Street, just opposite Central Station.

The bar, known as FYEO, is one of the largest strip clubs in the North East that boasts 'up to 50 stunning girls at any one time'.

FYEO regularly shows sports and Newcastle United matches, including the meeting with Liverpool this weekend, but is perhaps not the first place fans may think to take in the game.

There's a special event on at the bar for the Carabao Cup final, where fans could celebrate a potential win for Eddie Howe's side with a lap dance at the final whistle.

A post from the venue's Facebook page read: "Come and join us Sunday 26th February for the EFL Cup Final. Don’t forget to tell ya ma you’ll not be home for tea.

"We will be showing the game live with commentary on our three giant projector screens as well as our HD TVs.

"Along with pre and post-match stage shows from our gorgeous girls and our very own DJ playing all your favourite matchday songs to get you in the mood! It truly will be a day to remember!"

Doors for the event open as early as midday on cup final day and bookings are still available on the FYEO website.

Availability is limited, but there are still VIP booths for seven, 10 and 20 people.
