Dogs Trust currently has so many gorgeous pups up for adoption across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria, Leeds and Edinburgh rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
Here are just 13 of the dogs searching for a forever home this May.

5. Milo (Crossbreed, seven years)
Handsome Milo is a 7yr old Labrador but do not be fooled by his age! Milo still believes he’s a pup! He loves long walks with lots of sniffs and the more paddling opportunities the better! He is strong on lead so needs someone confident with a big dog but in the home he gives the best snuggles. Milo should be ok homed with confident children over 10 years of age and could potentially live with another dog. He would prefer a home with a secure garden for some off lead time and someone who can keep him company for much of the day as he is not used to being left for long periods. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

6. Peg (Terrier Cross, five years)
Peg is a sweet and friendly five-year-old Patterdale cross Poodle. She can be a worried girl, so she is looking for a quiet and calm household with adopters that will keep her company until she is settled in. Due to her nervous disposition, she would not like to live with young children, but teenagers would be fine. Peg can be worried by unfamiliar dogs, and she does look to chase cats, so she is looking for a home where she will be the only pet. As she doesn’t like to be left on her own, Peg is looking for a home where she is welcome to sleep in her new family’s bedroom. Peg is fully housetrained, and she travels well in the car. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

7. Bobby (Crossbreed, 6-12 months)
Bobby is a Rottweiler x German Shepherd who is very adorable and has the cutest ears. He enjoys his food which will help with any basic training his family would like to do with him. He will enjoy going for potters with his family and exploring new places. If you think Bobby could be the one for you then give him a favourite. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington

8. Rumple (Shar Pei, six months)
Rumple is a young an enthusiastic six month old Shar Pei pup, who is spending his time with us in the home of one of our loving foster parents. He is a lovely boy who enjoys cuddles with his carers on the sofa, playing with his toys and going for walks. Rumple is a social boy with other dogs and could live with another pooch pending a successful meet here at the centre. New people can be a little worrying for Rumple but he comes around quickly once he knows who you are, he is looking with children over the age of 12 years old as this young lad can be a worrier at times. Once settled in his new home Rumple should be ok to be left for a few hours on his own. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington
